The Health, Safety and Environmental Management in the extractive and mineral processing industries NVQs at levels 3, 4 and 5, also known throughout the industry as the SHE Awards. These NVQs help you to demonstrate your competence or those of your supervisors, managers and senior managers within the extractives and mineral processing industries or quarrying industry.

 

There are three levels of the NVQ as a guide level 3 is supervisor level, level 4 manager and level 5 senior manager , director or area director. Please download the candidate questionnaire as a guide, however it is the role of the inidvidual and the level of responsibity which would determine the appropriate level rather than a job title,

EPIC Approved Assessment Centre is able to offer you tailored assessment to meet your needs or the needs of your staff and can be delviered in a variety of ways to suit your needs and dependent on the level of support you require.

 

EPIC is able to offer you the facility to use an on-line portfolio building tool  EPIC Competence Manager - however we strongly recommend that this route is only considered if you are self motivated and have access to a computer and internet connection and  use  IT to record your evidence.
