Training Courses – MPQC can offer you a number of training courses to train and develop your workforce. The courses have been designed specifically for the extractive and mineral processing industries and are delivered by hands-on practical trainers who have experience within sector. MPQC courses can be delivered in-company or on a public course basis.

Operator Scheme– MPQC Mobile and Fixed Plant Operator Scheme is a recognised scheme to demonstrate the competence of your operators. The assessment is carried out by a team of competent assessors assessed on your sites for convenience.
Operator Training – we can also offer you training on the plant. This training is delivered on your site by experienced and competent trainers.
MPQC can offer a flexible delivery programme tailored to your needs. MPQC is currently approved by EMP Awarding Body for and MPQC Awarding Body.. We may even be able to assist you to access funding for your level 2 awards and in some cases levels 3 through the Government initiative of Train to Gain – eligibility criteria has to be met and it s dependent on the availability of funds .

Skills Analysis Tool – to help develop a training plan for your workforce, this service will help you highlight any gaps in the skills base of your workforce and result in a training plan to address these needs and assist with planning and budgeting for training whilst ensuring that you meet the Regulations'. Contractor Safety Passport Scheme – this scheme is managed on behalf of the industry by MPQC and its aim is to ensure that contractors working within the extractive and minerals processing industries have a basic knowledge and understanding of health, safety and environmental management within the industry and to assist both managers and contractors on sites, to reduce the amount of time spent on repetitive inductions and enabling managers to focus on the site specific elements of the induction.
