Directors’ and Senior Managers’ Responsibilities

Who should attend?
Board members, directors and senior managers with responsibilities for health and safety managers and whose role affected by current pertinent legislation and statutory duty.
Aims.
To provide directors and senior management with a clear understanding of the moral, business and legal case for the management of health and safety. The workshop will introduce proactive and reactive management together with an introduction to behavioural safety.

Duration and delivery options.
 This half-day workshop is intended to be highly interactive and participants will be encouraged to engage in discussion throughout. Where applicable, two workshops can be run in one day, back to back in morning and afternoon sessions for different groups.
